WK fans in general seem to be on the wonky/freaky/stupid side. DX (but oh how I love that series. ♥)

He is not even the team leader.

No kidding.

I agree with more of your secret than what I'm writing, too (no tl;dr here. ;;;) You aren't alone.

Oh, thank God for that. I was deeply worried I was the only one. Well, that's not entirely fair as I know three other people who think like I do, but that's really not many in the face of what appears to be a crazed army of Aya fans.

I wouldn't mind Aya so much if it wasn't for the way his fans turn him into a perfect demigod who is always right and can do everything marvelously and always looks beautiful, too, while the rest of the team, in between marveling at Aya's beauty and being upstaged by him at every possible turn, act like the Three Stooges. I wouldn't trust Aya to hamster-sit, still less to run an assassin team.

Okay, stopping here before I succumb to my TL;DR demons...

There really are a ton of Aya fans... It's nuts. Then again, the sole reason why I actually tried the series to begin with is because my friend said the "appearance of my OC is similar to WK's Aya." So, uh, I pleads guilty to being a former-insane fan? XD;;

Then again, I'm still a bit whacked. I've RP'd (er, still do) the series, and did a bit of cosplay... :x

I honestly don't get that (him being perfect, etc) whatsoever. It isn't just Aya, at that; all of them have some seriously fucked up issues. o_O (ever hear/read the translations to the drama CDs? The TV series barely scratched the surface. Such as Ken, for instance. That poor guy is crazy.) Furthermore, the drama CDs give even more evidence that Koyasu is nuts. D:

I think TL;DR could be our friend. >>; Us sane WK fans are a rare find these days. ♥

I think it's because Aya is pretty and angsty and has purple eyes. But yeah, there are tons of them. I remember reading the Youtube comments posted at the end of Gluhen - it was truly terrifying.

Ah, you see, I got into the series because of Youji. I was searching for images for RP characters and I found Youji, and I thought he looked extremely pretty. And for the longest time I considered myself a WK fan and hadn't actually seen the show, so I also plead guilty to being One Of Those Fangirls. About the only positive thing about me was thast I didn't try and write fanfiction. Then I actually watched the show and found myself noticing, of all people, Ken.

You know, I actually like the Drama CDs though yes, they do prove that Koyasu is perhaps even more batshit crazy than any of the characters. I wish they'd animated Dramatic Precious so the Western fandom couldn't pretend that that series in all its insanity wasn't a proper part of canon. Seriously, Gluhen makes no sense at all if you don't know what happens in that story arc. But yeah, they're all nuts. Omi's the stablest of the bunch, but that's really not saying much when Youji and Ken spend most of the post-Kapitel canon falling apart: Youji quietly so, and Ken... well, the less said about Ken the better, but at least he's enjoying himself.

But I'm going to try not to rant about Ken as I could do this for a long time and still not be halfway done at the end of it. TL;DR is my bosom friend and, it sometimes seems, sole companion.

And yes, it is rare to find another sane Weiss fan. Maybe it's the concentrated crazy in the series going to work on the fans?

*cough*

I have very little to add except I've always liked Ken more than Aya. >>;

*laughs*

Carry on!
