Same here. I like the story, the ideas are cool, but I don't think much of the characters. Only Greedling I find somewhat interesting.

I don't read/watch FMA(or well, I don't follow the series - I started reading it, but stopped after a while, and caught a few episodes of the first anime series, though I have been thinking of maybe giving the manga another shot), but I vaguely remember Ed being the same height as Winry, I think. Maybe I'm wrong /O/
