Do something to relax. Find some happiness IRL.

Seriously. Declare it a Special Occasion. Bake something that's terrible for you and eat it. Laze around all day, or go out (the beach maybe?)


Then when you're thoroughly chillaxed, take another look at fandom and see if you can get back into it without being swept away by all the stress and wank. If not, give some thought to whether it's worth it.
