I would say that I love Eminem, except that I think he wouldn't want me to; he's a rather prickly person with something of a love/hate relationship with his fans, and he's probably prefer for me not to sound like a squeeing fangirl. So I will say instead that I like him as an artist, and I find him to be an interesting, and deeply flawed, person.

I find it fascinating that he's so introspective and emotional. I don't care for some of the things he's done and said, but I do respect that Eminem has made an attempt to patch up things with some of the people he's offended (Elton John is the obvious example, but there's also Marilyn Manson, not to mention "Toy Soldiers"). That speaks, I think, of a lot more strength of character than people give him credit for.

He's freakishly talented, ans when he's on his game there's no one who can touch him IMHO. I hope that someday he conquers his demons and they stay conquered.

I was never big into rap but something about his intensity and willingness to never hold back always fascinated me. i wonder if the same words coming out of someone else's mouth would have the same effect until i go, hell, the same words probably would not even ever come out of someone else's mouth. his 'lose yourself' has given me more courage in some difficult, nerve-wracking times than a lot of things put together.

Like everyone else, IA with this secret so hard. He's come a long way from being the angry, bitter kid he was. Whatever his issues and the controversy surrounding him, he is a master of his craft. He spins amazing lyrics and has such emotion and passion. I love his music despite everything... yeah, and that does leave me feeling a bit guilty but oh well.
