2. Iawtc. I have a bad habit of wearing suits all of the time, yet dolling up. :[ I'm not really attracted to girls dressed as boys, but I think they are beautiful, and I tend to be the one that dresses up in the suits and hats. >_> Hurhur.

Men in dresses can be cute, but oddly enough I only think manly guys in feminine garb is cute D:

I'm kind of partial to crossplay, but I haven't gotten up the guts to stop being so girly, even though I want to so badly. Maybe after I graduate.

Your love of Haruka/Michiru makes me happy. I rediscovered my love for the two of them when I found out that they're based on Takarazuka. Man, it's been ages since I loved on the BSSM fandom. How is it on LJ? Any good?

That's an interesting take on things! I don't know... When it comes to guys dressing like girls, I prefer them to be androgynous so that the end result screws with my poor little brain...

I'm just a huge yuri lover in general, but Haruka/Michiru was my first REAL OTP ever, and I've pretty much never fallen out with it after over a decade of being into it. I like that it's kind of genderbendy, since Michiru seems to be the dominant one most of the time, playing a bit on Haruka's more vulnerable side underneath her tough exterior, which really shows how beautiful she is to me ♥__♥ The BSSM fandom on LJ is actually pretty active! Lots of RPs and icons and fics and yuri communities, of course like every fandom you get your dumb pairing wars and stuff but it's mostly kept to a minimum.

And *___* OMG AT YOU KNOWING WHAT TAKARAZUKA IS. !!! MUCH LOVE TO YOU.

I really endorse you :D dressing up in a suit. To me, gloves and hats that go well with it are always the most fun. It's good to get a nice pair of black or brown pants and boots that will go with various blouses, too. They make me feel empowered, as lame as that sounds, and I always have a better day when I am dressed in one.

I guess I just like seeing the manly men in dresses because it's so WHOAH and something you're not expecting XD I find beauty in odd and..ridiculous things. I'M SO ORIGINAL LOOK AT ME

Fantastic! I'll have to check some stuff out.

UM. OF COURSE I KNOW WHAT TAKARAZUKA IS. People who don't know should just... learn. I just finished an 11-page paper over otokoyaku, and I'm furiously trying to get my hands on stuff from the current Elisabeth run because Mizu is FREAKING GORGEOUS.

I'm probably going to do it (suit thing) in conjunction with cosplay at some point in the relatively near future. I sorely want to do a couple of outfits from some PoT stuff and Takarazuka. Guuuuuh. And I need to dig out my boots, once I'm done with school. You just really can't dress up in college around here. Too much walking. I think my best experience was with doing a very masculine outfit for our local ren faire. Raaaave reviews, and I felt so empowered!

I do like it when manly men get in dresses and pull the look off. That's special, hilarious, and awesome on all levels.

I really had only recently found out what it is, I'm ashamed to admit, and I've been scrambling to try to find out where I can watch some of the classic acts. I stumbled across it completely by accident, had heard it referenced in some cultural jokes in certain yuri manga and anime, and finally am getting into it but have not met many people that know what it is :[ hmph.

Ah, seriously. :) It's also such an overlooked type of beauty, I mean, the last time suits were considered attractive on women in the west (mainstream-wise) was like...in the 80s...when they'd pack big shoulder pads and hair and pearls on with it hahah. There's also nothing to make your legs look more longer and slim than a suit ♥ Plus it confuses guys AND girls when they think you look good 8D

Yes, when I say manly. I don't really mean hairy bubbas straight out of prison. More like athletic types with more prominent and strong facial structures, but still know how to keep themselves clean for the most part ;)

Unless you have bazillions of dollars, YouTube is your friend when it comes to Takarazuka. Speaking of which, I'm going to have to go watch my favorite video now. XD

It really is. There's nothing quite like a nice, tailored suit.
