Here's the context... uhm... HOLY SHIT. Reminds me a bit of that comic where Mickey gets arrested because a police man thinks that he tried to commit suicide, because he had a rope around his neck. (The phantom or whatever the villain is called in English set up a trap for Mickey that would have caused him to hang himself)
