And, not totally related but kinda sparked with your comment:
I still have a problem with the whole fantasy =/= reality argument in the matter. While that is true, to me, as soon as you publish your fantasy for everyone to see, that argument doesn't really apply anymore.
As someone yesterday said (on the secret about caring about real life feminism, but not fandom!feminism) :
"Just gonna say, the internet is a component of real life, and it affects enough people's lives for what you do and say on the internet to matter.
Dunno what shows you love/what fannish things you do or if they warrant being criticized in a feminist way, but as a general statement: just cos it's ~for funsies~ doesn't mean it's without consequences."
And I think that applies to rape fic in general too.

I can't claim to have read noncon fanfic particularly widely, but the pieces I have read have all been dark and disturbing, not trying to turn rape into something that isn't appalling and horrific.

I agree with this *especially* when it comes to incest and adult/child relationships because I worry about people providing fap material to people who actually victimize people. Do I think that everyone reading and writing these stories are sexual predators? Absolutely, positively, emphatically not.
Sometimes the people reading and writing stories are former victims who are using fic to process their experiences. And that is a good thing. But, the unfortunate thing about the anonymity of the internet is that you can't guarantee that anonymous readers and writers are in it for the right reasons.
That makes me very uncomfortable.

Seriously though, I think it is pretty unlikely they are reading and writing fanfic too, but when it comes to kids if the possibility exists it makes me uncomfortable. Also, unlike adult rape scenarios where there are readily available stories and images, images of child pornography are slightly more difficult to come by and certainly dangerous to possess so there *might* be some individuals lurking.
Not advocating censorship or flaming people with nasty names, it just makes me uncomfortable and I think talking (reasonably, like we are here) about these issues is a good thing.
