True, WoWP is not though provoking but it is a fun show and I just watch it for amusement. However, just based on the fact that Harry Potter is a seven book series versus a 30-minute Disney shows the two are not comparable. Yet, I can see how someone could find it more interesting than Harry Potter. For its genre I think WoWP is well written. Definitely, not better than Harry Potter but Harry Potter has the opportunity to have complex storylines that would not work for the type of show WoWP is.

I didn't get into Harry Potter because I was not the biggest fan of the characters, the Roald Dahl-like writing style, and I did not like how some of it was set up not because of its complexity. The parts I loved the most was finding out more about Voldemort past and who he was. Those parts are the ones that really make me want to read the rest and see what all happens with it.
