2. Oh my fucking GOD. People need to shut the hell up about fanart icons. If you don't like it, don't use it and ignore it and STFU.

... okay I know that is bitchy and totally wanky but coming out of KH fandom where you got bitched at if you DID credit the site, I have come to the conclusion that this is a battle nobody would EVER win. GET OVER IT.

Probably because KH fanart sites are all taken down by Disney and Squeenix! I swear, every single one of those sites is hidden behind fifty passwords and trick questions in Japanese. (I haven't the slightest clue why the million DevART guys are left alone, but I'm VERY grateful for it.)

To say they're heavily guarded is an understatement. I guess people are afraid that if the Japanese fanartist's links are reveiled, their sites'll be taken down.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I was going to say. If Japanese fanartists pretty much even FIND OUT that North Americans have access to their sites, they change their passwords right away.

It sucks. :(

And apparently Disney Japan is way worse than North American Disney when it comes to copyrights, so that's probably why all the people on DA are safe.
