I get what they're saying - I do. But they could have come up with a more tactful way to do it.

I was in tears about this earlier.

Yeah yeah, I know - cry moar, blah blah. But this has really got to me. I never wanted to hurt or upset anyone, and I'm staggered that this is the response I've got.
