The reason the bit where Truman realises everyone *is* watching him is so good because I think everyone has had one moment in their lives where they feel like they're the only "real" person. Just think of the impracticalities of actually filming someone 24/7 without them ever knowing though. Probably not likely.

I thought I was being filmed because several times stuff in my life would connect to things I saw on tv in a very short timespan so I thought tv shows were trying to connect directly to me. I mentioned this to a friend but she said I was being crazy and paranoid. I still wonder if she really thought this or was just being told what to say.

See, I have the problem that I just assume I'm being filmed at all times and act accordingly.

My father and stepmother hiding a camera in my house when I was a young teen made paranoid and worried that it could happen anywhere, so to cope, I just always assume I am. That's probably not healthy. :/
