Uh, yeah they did. They said that they hate how every fandom has het canon ships. Any canon ship between a man and a woman qualifies as a 'het canon ship', even if there's only one and they're minor characters.

Also, it's unrealistic for most shows to go on for more than maybe two seasons and not have romance play in for the main characters. They don't have to necessarily wind up together, but chances are, at some point, romance will happen, and it will probably be het, simply because most people are heterosexual. Sorry!

Nope, they said that they hate that EVERY fandom has. If SOME fandom had them, they'd be allright. It's a matter of quantity and not of the thing itself.

I think that the point was that some shows could not focus on romance, period... at least, that's a point I'd agree with, I may be superimposing my own views^^;
