and just fyi, almost all women are lopsided! Some are more noticeable than others of course, but perfectly-symmetrical boobs that aren't fake are actually pretty rare. :D

Was just coming here to say that! I remember my sister freaking out to me about this a few years back, and I was like... have you never talked to any other girls about this? ALL of my friends have discussed this and compared which boob is bigger, etc. So yes. Definitely not a big deal, it's perfectly normal!

it's normal to be a bit lopsided, but some girls have drastically different sized breasts, and as one of those girls I find it kind of insulting for girls to be all "Oh it's totes normal don't worry" when they have no idea about the stares and questions and attitude that I get, not to mention the wardrobe and bra problems I deal with.

I don't mean to personally attack you or anything, but I get really fed up with people trying to tell me I'm normal and to stop freaking when I am in fact not normal. It's taken many years to come to terms with this, and while I'm mostly okay with my freaky boobs, it still upsets me when people try to shove it under the rug (or at least that's what it feels like to me).

I certainly didn't mean to normalize something that might not be normal. Of course I don't know what your experience is and the level of lopsidedness you have had to deal with - my experience has been that most of the girls of my acquaintance at most have breasts that are a cup size or two off from the other, and that was what I was speaking to. I certainly didn't mean to make you feel that I was sweeping your issue under the rug, as body image is a very serious thing to struggle with (and I think that that is something people of all genders can identify with) and I am sure that no one on this thread who tried to say that they have had this type of experience to a much lesser degree meant to invalidate your experience in any way.
