8. Who doesn't care about the gameplay? That's how I got into the tales series in the first place, the battle system. And ToA is just a vast improvement on an awesome system.

Also Eternia > Phantasia.

The reason most people love the story so much has nothing to do with the 'HOMG CLONE' shtick, really. It's more about Luke's growth as a person.

Luke's personal growth is the one thing that made me interested in the game. Otherwise it's nothing special compared to the others, in my opinion. :/

Alas, I am sad for I have only seen the Happy Ending D: I know of the 'rocks falls, Audrey II eats everyone' or whatever ending.

I'm sure the whole movie makes vore fans happy, though.

8. As already said, actually the best thing in TOA has nothing to do with the clone thing, but with how Luke's get to grow through the game.
I personally like character's development over anything else, the gameplay and even the story. Give me good charas, and I'm in love with it.
I also havn't really seen the old games so "in shadows", I actually saw a lot of new fans getting interested in the old tales of thanks to Abyss. Obviously, they don't get as much as attention as they had when they first came out, but I think it's just normal. Abyss won't have anymore attention as well as soon as a new tales of is out in the USA
