I don't interact with the fandom but I have a few friends from it and I've lurked it a few times, and really, it's not that bad. There are crazies and people you won't get along with, but it's really no worse then any other fandom.

It gets a bad wrap but I assure you there are plenty of nice people who like Supernatural. Plus it is worth at least lurking around Supernatural for the GIF parties.
