I have to admit on my first viewing of the show I didn't see it, because of the how the episodes were spread out, but on rewatching all at once, I think it's quite clear that she does have feelings for him too. I kind of like that it was more subtle and love that she wanted to wait until things settled down until they took it anywhere. I really liked the balance they brought about in each other throughout the series.
