You're one of those poor folks that doesn't realize that Litchi Hikari Club is a black comedy, aren't you?
Even the author doesn't take it seriously. Go check out his blog sometime. There's an entire section on it devoted to joke art that he's done. (しいたけ☆光クラブ)

I take it with a
grainbig bag of salt but I enjoy it because it's pretty/creepy/ironic... not exactly as a black comedy....tbh I don't even know how to categorize it, maybe I'd say "feel-WEIRD gore-ish gay with nice subtleties and fun shit".
