I like Tess, but the only Eureka character I don't like is Allison and that's mainly because I don't think that her actress is the best.

I liked the 4th season opening, it felt more like old school Eureka.

Yeah, I agree. She never seems to actually act. I always replace her with Rachel Lutrell (played Teyla on SGA) in my mind.

Yeah, it was. Felt pretty nostalgic. But I just don't like the plot device they used. :/

I don't even think she would be a problem but they made Allison the main love interest and it's hard to buy when there's no emotion coming out of the actress.

The only thing about what they did is it has me secretly wishing Nathan would come back, it's a whole new world- he could be alive, right? RIGHT?

Yeah, he could be coming back! It's a reboot basically. He could be there. Though Quinn was pretty clear about not wanting to continue in Eureka...I still hope. :D
