How old are you? Wait until you get older and they start sagging. If they're truly as large as you say they are it could start happening as early as your mid-twenties. ENJOY

I think you can do exercises to help prevent sagging, but I looked it up and there's really nothing else you can do, it's just gravity :/

Another plus for women with smaller breasts, even though they sag as well obvious something that weighs more is going to be more susceptible to the forces of gravity

I checked out information on breast lifts on the internet and apparently if your breasts are large enough they have to do something called an "anchor incision" which leaves permanent scars :(

Oh gosh that sounds veyr nasty. For the first time in my life I am hoping my breasts are not that large :(

Oh anchor incisions aren't that bad. The bottom of the anchor hides in the fold underneith, the line up to the areolas fades over time. It's only been a year since I had my reduction and you can see the scar if you look, but mostly my breasts look pretty damn good. It's not something you'd want to do casually but it's also not horror.
