I've been contemplating doing the same with my sister and brother in law. We've already watched so many shows together. I so badly wish to include Supernatural. The only problem is that we only get together once a week, and Supernatural is already over 100 episodes. It will take ages to complete and I'm worried it would tire them.

Marathoning was a great idea; I'm happy for you anon. Nothing is quite like fangirling over the same show with a sibling/best friend.

Supernatural gave me and my sister the idea to roadtrip across the country.

It didn't end well.

We now realize why the show doesn't show the hours upon hours of driving the Winchesters actually have to do to get anywhere. MY GOD IT WAS BORING! And after the first day or so you have nothing else to talk about.

I often did road trips with my family, so I already knew all the bad sides and it made me love more the Winchesters brothers because doing that all your life and still being able to look at each other? THEY ARE FUCKING AWESOME.

My boyfriend got his entire family into it. My older sister and brother actually wound up getting into it without me. It seems to be a show that a lot of people like, which is probably why it's so wildly popular. It's brought a lot of people together, in my personal experience.

Aww! I haven't gotten so far as getting my sis into the whole series and planning a road trip with her, but we have bonded a little more over the few eps we watched together. It is a good show to watch with your siblings, IMO.
