a.k.a. The video that spawned a million copy-cats and became a viral sensation? That video? They're music videos; nothing HAS to happen. They just have to provide a visual component to the music. Beyonce's video did that in spades and Kanye was right, she was robbed.

I never even SAW her video until a few months ago. It didn't stand out. It wasn't particularly good. It wasn't bad either, it just wasn't GOOD.

Considering just how culturally significant that video was, especially at that time, yes, she was robbed not winning both times.

IT WASN'T EVEN A GOOD VIDEO, christ, I wanted to turn it off half-way through.

Which is not to say that Swift's video was any better, but what an awful lot of butthurt for a really boring, unoriginal video.
