I don't watch this show very much, but I like that she's been open about her struggle with eating disorders, and that she seems to be quite comfortable in her body now. However, I wonder how she feels when the guys in the house bring home girls that look just like her - or sometimes even smaller - and call them "grenades" and "hippos." It's probably not very fun to witness, for her.
