Try Sanna Kurki-Suonio, who is amazing. She and a couple of other female Finnish vocalists have worked with the band Hedningarna, which is strictly speaking a Swedish act, but most of the female vocals are in Finnish (male vocals are mostly in Swedish, or Sami if Wimme Saari is present); they are an absolutely fantastic band in any language. The members of Gjallarhorn are ethnically Swedish but come from Finland, and a few of their songs are in Finnish (notably the fantastic "Suvetar").

Oh, I love "Suvetar"! What little I've heard of Gjallarhorn has been beautiful, so I will have to check out more of their music. I have been meaning to listen to Hedningarna, so I will do that, too; I'll also look at Sanna Kurki-Suonio. Thank you so much for the recommendations!

I like Rajaton, they're an a cappella group who perform sort-of-neo-folk songs. (: I don't know if All Of Us Would count, but that's another band that came to mind.

Er, *All Of Us, rather.
