No, seriously. Age of consent? In fiction? I've never believed in such and will do what I want, when I want with characters I want to write about.

10) OHGODYES. I never got the obsession with the series. I'd like to describe how I feel about it, but that's for another time and another place.

13) I <3 Kefka as well, but not for his insanity, but because he's got some of the best lines in a mistranslated RPG ever. RUN RUN OR YOU'LL BE WELL DONE!

15) Sexiest captain in the entire series. The man literally makes me melt when I see anyone drawing/writing him well.

I'm off the assumption that the 'I've read worse' excuse doesn't mean much but nothing really squicks me anymore. After reading through all of the 120 Days of Sodom, I've gone to really looking past subject matter and just try to look at quality of writing. If the author's goal is to shock, I'll look at it from the perspective of a reader who is looking for shock fiction, not as someone who will be looking for anything else.

I'm surprised that not a lot of other people can do this because it makes for less drama and a lot more time for oneself to just read.
