Upon clicking for more information:

Tinypic International is changing. Beginning September 23rd, you will no longer be able to upload content to Tinypic and your links will be turned off. Please begin using Photobucket to upload, share and link your images and videos."

This is probably the reason so many tinypic secrets are messing up.

I'm actually in the US. ^^; But still...why are they locking out everyone else? :\

I'd upload a "FUCK YOU TINYPIC" image, but I'm at work and can't make it. LOL (Yeah, it's a little immature, but I read on the Wiki page that Tinypic blocked Argentina users back in July and never responded to any e-mails that were sent to them. So...I have no other ideas. xD)

And it's this thing called Custom Userheads. You have to opt into Cyrillic services (http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/?cat=display) first, and then when you go to the LJ Shop (http://www.livejournal.com/shop/) there'll be a link that says "Custom Userheads." They cost $1.99. After you buy it, you can opt out of Cyrillic services and you'll still have the custom userhead.

S'alright, you're cool, so you can be a foreigner by association, at least in this venture? :D;;

xDDD; I highly doubt that'll do much good... really? What a sucky situation.

Ohhh! I see! o.o I thought you might have to pay for them.
