Anyway, I don't know what your economic situation's like but the new Amazon Kindle is pretty cheap. I think you can convert the fics to PDF so you can read them on the kindle. Honestly, it might be cheaper for you in the end since you don't have to buy so much paper. Also, the trees will appreciate it. XD

Nuts are a good source of fiber, unless you're allergic or something. Summer's ending so it'll be harder to get a hold of fresh fruit or vegetables, but try hanging around Farmer's Markets. I know my case pretty much went away after I got home and started eating more stuff with fruits and vegetables instead of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches plus mainly potato-based curry rice all the time.
