I know that, I wasn't saying you should bathe every single day (I don't) but OP pretty much said that she would never bathe if society didn't deem it unacceptable to be gross and dirty, or at least that's what her wording implied. EXCUSE ME FOR READING OP'S WORDS LITERALLY MAYBE SHE SHOULD HAVE SPECIFIED "EVERY DAY" instead of just saying "the only reason I take showers or comb my hair" because that implies that she wouldn't do it at all.

A few weeks ago there was a thread about hygiene where I said it was basically bad for your hair and skin to wash every day (especially your hair, I only wash my hair about three times a week, unless it's really hot outside). Yeah, if you're working out and you get all sweaty, you should shower afterward, but just every day? Not really.

People should check the wording of their fucking secrets before submitting them if they don't want people to misunderstand them. I'm going to read whatever you write at face value if you don't make what you want to say perfectly clear. It's not my job to "read between the lines".
