I'm still hoping for an anime even though it doesn't seem very likely. I think it'd be cool to see the Modern Arc animated at least. Y'know, despite the promise threat of badfic.

I can accept badfic if it means that there will also be goodfic. (Besides it's too, late, there is already some on ffnet.)

Other than that I really don't get it. Canon will remain awesome, the existence of badfic or wank will not somehow make it less so.

I would love having a bigger fandom for this manga.

That's still significantly more than usual, though. It was nice of the OP to helpfully include the title of the series, which might be the big difference. If the poster beneath me is right about reverse psychology, though, it was really well done. Not terribly subtle, but it got the desired result.
