I read in a magazine interview once that the producers said that it has about as much chance of becoming canon as anything else, and I also read somewhere that Hugh Laurie himself ships it.

It's still silly to stop watching a show because of a pairing, though.

I can understand dropping a show based on the pairings if romance is a big aspect of the show. When it comes to House I think you can just skip some of the more romantically-centered episodes and be fine, but ymmv, I guess.

I still enjoy House and I like Huddy to a certain degree, but I secretly think that House and Wilson are meant to be :).

They have so much chemistry and they are so codependent.

I just think that they are soulmates. :)

The quality drop just makes my heart break a little. I am a house/wilson shipper but i could've dealt with house/cuddy if it had been in character/well written. It just seems so wrong and a continuation of the ruin of cuddy's character D:

I have my preferences, but in the end, I really don't care if House is with Cuddy or Cameron or Wilson or Chase, or Cristina Yang, or if the Enterprise gets stuck in 2010 New Jersey and Captain Kirk just happens to have a thing for grumpy Doctors - as long as the writing is anywhere near Three Stories. *sigh*

I tolerated Cuddy on her own but lost all respect for her with the recent characterization.

Dear op and people who ship Hilson, i do love the friendship but come on canon?? No cos their characters are not gays!!!
I do realize the quality of the writing is getting really boring and not good but it kinda happens with series that they are in their 7 season and i do prefer when people stop watching series cos of this and not for a unrealistic shipping that is not going to happen.

Btw, this comes from a very long time RSL fan, he doesn't ships hilson, he even say it a lot of times and he doesn't understand the bromance that you all want. Beside do you want to kill poor RSL, he doesn't like to do a lot of scenes (he says that a lot), remember the last episodes of season 4 where amber dies, well RSL have a lot of emotional scenes and scenes in general that he even have an arithmia because of the pressure of doing the things good, so obviously season 6 with all of the Hilson going on he didn't like it either
