She was "kidnapped" once, and that was because she had a plan to get close enough to the bad guy to Send him. Then the party showed up to "save" her and completely ruined it. She had to ditch the plan to save their asses.

Wasn't she also briefly taken by the Al Bhed? I haven't played the game in a long time, but I think there was an attempt in Luca.

Hah hah forgot about that. It's been almost a decade since I last played the game. Oh well.

She was temporarily abducted by a blitzball team during the tournament though (an Al Bhed team if I remember right), in addition to the Al Bhed trying to kidnap her twice (once with Rikku and her submarine-machine thing, the other one after they "killed" Seymour and ended up in the desert). There was another attempt from Rikku's brother but it didn't work. Yuna wasn't gone for very long in most of these attempts though. The one where she let the Guado kidnap her actually made sense.
