The secret was pretty clearly made with the intention of it getting back to and hurting the person it's about. It's addressed to "you," it's got the header of what is presumably one of the person's actual fics right there where it can be easily identified...it might not be a personal attack according to the rules of F!S, but this is a lot less "I don't like this" and a lot more "I don't like you and I want you to feel bad."

Well, as far as any of us know the person hasn't heard anything about it, so whatever the state of their butthurt, we're addressing the intent of the OP, who absolutely would be better off if they built a bridge and got over themselves.
