Yeah, I'm still not over Tara's death. ;____; Never forgiving Whedon for it ever either, it was total bullshit (just like November's death in Dollhouse).

Negl, I probably would have done/would have attempted to do what Willow did, especially given her arguably frail emotional and mental state at the time.

Now I am definitely not going to watch the rest of Dollhouse.

I think most people, given the circumstances, wouldn't stop at what she did to Warren.

I never understood the great outrage at her actions, I would've made him suffer much more.

It was a far quicker death than he deserved. He was probably dead before he even realized what had happened. I think if she'd been more lucid, had more time for her rage to cool and realize revenge is a dish best served cold, she'd have taken her sweet time with him.
Probably would have been shite TV, though.

First, thank you Anon (or Mod) for putting this secret under the warnings line. It may have been almost a decade since the episode aired, but some of us (myself included) still can not watch that scene without loosing it.

She used magic to skin Warren alive.

Just looked up the episode online. I think the slow bullet thing beforehand is the scariest I've ever seen Willow. :( And poor Tara.

Willow was completely justified in her actions after Tara was killed.

I didn't mind her killing Warren (Tara was one of my favorites, and her death was both offensive and unnecessary), but, and I'm probably gonna get chewed out for this, was she really that much better than him? Yes, Warren killed Tara by accident, and purposefully shot Buffy. Willow, like Warren, repeatedly raped her girlfriend, and then tried to destroy the world. I really don't see how Willow gets to be on the high-horse of morality here. :/

I think most people would want to do the same thing if something like that happened. the thing about Willow was that she actually had the power to do it.

Its easy to say it in theory. When I first saw the show years ago, it seemed like a logical progression. But after the person I loved was shot and killed, I was just kind of intensely sad and confused as to how something like that could happen. How he could point the gun at another human being and pull the trigger. Fuck, I still am. It's so unreal. Like that kind of thing only happens on TV.

But the prospect of wanting revenge boils down to this for me: He's a murderer. I don't want to be one too. Him dying won't bring her back. Him suffering won't bring her back. Nothing will. All I really care about is making sure he can't hurt anyone else.
