I know some people do this as an HONEST decision because they do feel that it will make their lives better, but most people that I've seen do this are the kinds of people who like to say and do things so that other people will think they're more mature and subsequently- I dunno- be ashamed of themselves for being so "childish"? It's really very ridiculous. Eye-rollingly ridiculous.
6. Ugh.
I don't think I've ever run into this (the e-friends I have with AS are all well into their adult years and professionally diagnosed), but it's kind of like kids in High School whining about how they're bipolar because you can STILL get depression-pity without having to play act at school because you can always just pretend to be "manic". *KEY.BOARD.SMASH*
7. It's not just "young" yaoi fans. I've met people in their early to mid twenties who still act like this. o__O
10. Not to pry (lol, I'm prying) but do you mean they broke up with you because you wore a cosplay they didn't approve of? *blink blink*
12. What band is that?
