lollll, it's not hard to buy a noble title anywhere in the UK, and indeed you can legally append 'Lord' or 'Lady' to your name even if you don't have one (unlike, say, 'Dr' or 'Sir'; I remember this from a Radio 4 show about a guy who added 'Lord' to his name and then wrote his psychology Masters dissertation on how everyone around him reacted to this.) And Sealand doesn't exactly have a whole lot of sources of income.
