I really like Labyrinth. And I like Bowie far more. And I am not an Adam Lambert fan.

But I did find the idea of Adam Lambert as Jareth entertaining.

Do not *want* to unsee... Anon above, I agree with your idea of him playing Jareth and Sarah's son. I would watch the *hell* outta that. No-one can replace Bowie, but I *like* this idea.

Well ugh...David Bowie IS Jareth to me, he wouldn't be out of place in 1970s Soho, he's that kind of guy. There's too much Bowie in Jareth for anyone else to legitimately fit into the role, so I think he'd have to play a flamboyant son or something in my head.

I'm actually, even as a life long Bowie/Jareth fan I'm okay with someone else playing him, but not that guy. He's built wrong, he has the wrong voice and can he even act? This isn't an insult to the kid or anything, but what besides make-up makes you think that? Plenty of people over the years have slapped it on, especially to sing music or play a part. (If he was a bit younger James Marsters might have been okay for it, maybe not....)
