There was a thing on the chan when Bufu posted the Dave fic where someone was like "OMG BUT HE'S NOT FTM!", at which point everyone told her, "Okay, that attitude is transphobic." I'm guessing anon is the same person. Which, if so: Anon, it's not that it's transphobic not to consider it headcanon -- it's transphobic to be like "that fic is OOC because its lead is FTM."

Ugh, no, that wasn't me. That person was being straight-up transphobic and I was one of the people who told 'em to knock it off.
