What, why? Those look terrible. Generic and not very well drawn. It would take all the charm out of the game, not to mention the primary joy of the TF2 character design--that is, even without accessories or weapons, you can tell exactly who each character is by silhouette alone.

There are plenty of good Femme!Fortress designs out there, that are both practical and sexy. No reason to go with generic game-tart. I'd be first in line for a femme!skin option, if they took some of the better designs.
