I wonder if part of it is flagging interest since there hasn't been an update in the series since 08? I've never actually been in the fandom, just played the games so I really couldn't say for certain just what's what.

(Gdi Konami, at least release a 3DS remake of I or II or something!)

Remakes all seem to be the rage right now anyway. How about porting them to the PSP or something?
