No. Wank happens the second shipping happens. Doesn't matter if it's slash shipping, het shipping, or femslash shipping (because GASP! Femslash exists!). The second anyone starts pairing off characters, there WILL be someone who thinks X/Y is a shitty pairing and X would be soooo much better off with Q. It doesn't matter what genders X, Y, and Q are.

....Yeeeeaaaaah that would be bad. But then Hetalia fandom, as fun as it can be, is also rife with idiots. I'm in the middle of an "I hate this fandom" spell because I found a request and fill on the kink meme for Russia/fem!Prussia based on the rape of pretty much every East German woman during the Soviet occupation and I am kind of spewing venom and trying and failing to keep it to myself. BUT THERE IS STILL GOOD IN THIS FANDOM.
