I agree with what someone said above. Finish it fast. Try to merge chapters together if you can by throw out any useless scenes, condensing things so events happen quicker, etc. Trust me on this. you will feel happy that you finished it. I wish I finished the long-ass fic that's been annoying me forever. I was able to merge it down so I could do finish in just four chapters, not the originally intended ten, but then I gave up. I regretted it because...ugh, unfinished work. :\ (I could go back to it, but I lost all passion in that fandom.) Feels like I've been wasting all my time on it.
