The justice system is misogynist!!!111! Anyone who accuses anyone else of rape is never lying and there shouldn't even be an investigation. Because investigations are misogynist!!11! because they have to prove that accusations are true, which is the same thing as outright believing the victims are liars!!!1

I don't know about misogynist but I know if you want to prove like, some shit was stolen all you do is present proof that you own that thing. And if the other person is in possession of it, and they don't have proof of purchase, thats it. With a woman her body is never her own, and you end up going in circles to prove that yes, her body belongs to her and no he didn't have any permission to hurt her or fuck her while she was asleep or whatever else.

Testimony: "No, she's lying because she wants to make him look bad! Secret feminazi agenda!"
Sperm all over the place: "Well maybe he did fuck her but she probably liked it the whole time!"
Vagina all torn up: "Well she really just secretly loves rough sex!!!"
Get the guy on tape/other witnesses: "Nooo it was a BDSM thing! A rape re-enactment!! She secretly loved it!!"
Have guy confess: "Oh please! Thats nothing, if she WAS raped why didn't anyone else hear her screams!!"

All those are real excuses that have been used in cases, I can dig up links if you want. Its retarded but in the end theres nothing you can do when it comes to rape. And that leads to a lot of frustrated people out there with the attitude that you describe. No way around it, I'm afraid.
