Translation: I didn't agree with all the opinions expressed in said link.

Then form an argument that involves more than "I am more concerned about potential false accusations than I am about justice for actual rape victims."

Translation: sex doesn't always work that way in the real world. Sometimes people just have sex without much yadda-yadda around it. That does not make it un-consensual.

All sex does not take place within the context of established, understanding relationships. There is no context, even within a relationship, in which it is impossible for a sex act to take place to which all parties did not feel that they consented; therefore, there is no context in which rape is not possible.

But there is context in which the initiating party, for all the info they have,based on prior experience, cannot possibly know sex is not desired...

They could ASK.

ASKING is a pretty reliable way to avoid becoming a rapist.

Do you ask "can we have sex now?" every time you have sex?
