You know how I consent to sex. I tell my partner, "Hey, let's have sex." If someone doesn't say something to that effect, then they are not consenting. Yes, there may be some deal between partners but you cannot assume consent. You just cannot.

Like I said, you may have a deal or way of communicating with your partner(s). But consent cannot be assumed. If someone asks someone else "hey, do you want to have sex?" and there is silence, you cannot assume the answer is yes.
