Being naive doesn't mean she deserves to be raped.

I don't even know what you're trying to say with the first half of your comment. If she's enthusiastically participating or asking him to keep going, yeah, she's consenting. If she's not doing anything, or only responding to what he's telling/making her do, then no, she's not. It's really quite simple.

What I mean is: How exactly do you define "enthusiastically participating"? It's hardly an objective criterion.
Tearing his clothes of? Crawling on top of him?

I do get what you mean...and yes, if she's just sitting there, being subjected to something, then yes that's not enthusiastic consent. But some people are fairly demure, even sexually. "Enthusiasm" cannot be measured objectively, because all people have different standards.

In the case that she's being demure, the guy should ask her if she wants to have sex rather than assuming it.

I think everybody can agree this is true?

Some people are saying that saying this is misogynist. How would you express the idea, then, without invalidating the innocent people that do exist?

Sorry, I'm a little confused here and honestly trying to fix what I'm doing or saying wrong.

IDK, I'd think just leaving it at most rape accusations are true might be better, since it's implicit there that there are a fraction of them that aren't true. No need to unduly emphasize the few that aren't true.

I've been reading threads and meran_flash is saying anyone who says that is misogynist and others are agreeing with her and... I don't understand. ): I don't want to be misogynist but I just don't see why it's bad just to state that some are false in the same way some accusations of murder and theft and other crimes are also false?? It's not a judgement or accusation of anyone, just saying the fact seems to be bad enough?
