If he has indeed admitted to the above, on those facts, he is a rapist, unless the country the rape took place in has some freaky laws. It's just that he hasn't been convicted yet. At this point there's no real point in pretending he isn't a rapist or that there isn't hard evidence, since he's basically already admitted it.
Most rapes go unreported, and out of the very few which are reported and prosecuted, few of them result in a conviction. Are you going to say that only the ones you've personally witnessed or have seen resulting in a conviction are real?
You are coming over in your replies on this topic as a very, very skeevy rape apologist - and as someone who has no idea what the definition of rape actually is. (I mean really, all that stuff about how a person has to communicate a lack of consent or else it isn't rape? That's bullshit. You have no idea what you're talking about.)
You've fucked up very badly in this thread. Few people have enough integrity to recognise or admit when they've been wrong, and doubly so when it's about something as creepy and harmful as rape apologism. So I don't expect for you to suddenly start replying to people as if you understand. You probably don't - as many people would be in this situation, you're probably so defensive by now that you can't even grasp what happened and will make light of anything people tell you. But when you've calmed down, you should think about what people have told you in this thread about you being a rape apologist, because frankly they're right and you're wrong, and rape apologism isn't one of those things where people a difference of opinion isn't going to hurt anyone. Try to make a change to your behaviour.
