I get these sorts of "this fic should exist why doesn't it where is it" urges about Who a lot. So. I'm gonna put down a bunch and see if the internet delivers.

The Doctor lets Jamie get a pony. Or any pet. Shenanigans ensue. Bonus points for either "awww pony" fawning Victoria or somewhat like "what are you guys doing you're ridiculous" Zoe. I don't even care I just think that the idea of Jamie keeping a pet on the TARDIS is the cutest idea and also I might write some of it myself at some point but anyway! If there is any out there (art, fic, whatever) I would be happy.

Actually just anything Jamie/Two related, especially with good plots that seem like they could actually happen in the show. Also, sexless. I can't see them going farther than some kissyface. :/

Jamie, Two, Amy, Rory, Eleven: companion swap! Amy and Rory with Two, Jamie with Eleven, both of them trying to get back where they belong and trying to figure it out and Eleven being like "...Jamie? wtf." and Two being like "WHO ARE YOU WHERE IS JAMIE WHAT I'm sure there's a rational explanation for this." and Amy and Jamie both being like "WOT ARE YOU DOING YOU AREN'T THE DOCTOR"? It'd be ~glorious and you know it.

Doctor/Master in college.Because they totally act like they dated in Time Lord school but then the Doctor broke up with the Master cause he thought they'd be better off as just friends, and the Master took it hard and still carries that grudge just like the Doctor still has the guilt of it.

Oh, and anything with the Roger Delgado Master in it. Because he is my favourite. <3
