Rec meme! You ask for recs, and others provide (or fill!).

Maybe there's something you'd really like to see but you can't find it. Why not ask for help? It might be out there! Or maybe there's something you really loved reading and you want someone to geek over it with. Why not rec it to someone else? Maybe they'll love it too! Who knows, someone out there might be looking for something that sounds exactly like someone you know just created.

Don't feel bad about reccing your own stuff, either. Apparently someone else wants to see it, right?

Yeah I know what you mean about eReaders, my Kindle has totally changed the way I read fic. I used to have no patience and/or was intimidated by long word counts. Now I'm flying through the big bangs and epics I've always meant to read.

I still have no patience for long-fic, mostly because I must be reading several things at a time otherwise I get bored of one thing, BUT it does make public transport and bedtime reading much more fun and far less bulky. Though I am far more willing to read 50k+ words of fic if I can download it somehow...

Well, it takes a few minutes, but have you used the Calibre e-book converter? I'm a bit anal so most people probably wouldn't bother, but I c&p long fics into a word doc and after I format it how I want with table of contents I convert and upload to my kindle. Takes more patience to c&p things like a 50+ part fic on a kink meme but it's awesome when you don't have to expand a bunch of comments and scroll past replies, etc.

Calibre is awesome. Though I haven't really set the library up yet, so uh... yeah. So so awesome for converting html and pdf files though.
I don't have the patience to C+P something like that, meep. Luckily the fandoms I do follow kink memes for usually have the authors de-anoning after a couple of weeks.
