(Anonymous) 2011-01-16 11:59 pm (UTC)(link)I remember a time several years ago when I was watching TV with some people, and an actor came on or something. I'm not sure exactly how the conversation went, but someone said something like "He is so hot!", and the other person replied by claiming she doesn't understands why anyone would be attracted to someone they don't know in real life, or how it's a waste of time to like a celebrity instead of having a real boyfriend, or something along those lines. Hearing that attitude makes me feel kinda "meh".
