I have more faith, perhaps undeservedly, in Marvel's upcoming slate of movies than I've had in the previous X-Men pictures. The X-Men (and Fantastic Four) films were made by a different company; weaknesses in Iron Man 2 aside, I've really liked what Marvel Studios has done so far.

So yeah, I'm optimistic. What I've seen of Captain America, at least, looks great.
