This is a cartoon movie. You know, the same sort of movie where Hawaiian girls adopt aliens and people tame dragons and stuff? Yeah.
Also, I get what you're saying, but it'd be hardly any better to make a movie telling kids they won't ever achieve anything. Try going up to a 5 year old and telling them they won't be an astronaut/ballerina/Harry Potter. If you can, congrats, you're an idiot and possibly emotionally disturbed person. FFS. You're really missing the point.
I seriously hope you're trolling.
ETA: Forgot to add, the film isn't saying everyone is going to succeed and become the greatest chef ever. It's saying that it *might* happen, because sometimes great people come from all walks of life.
